This support focuses on helping to maximise
opportunities for the business to grow. It is based on the
potential of the business idea, the skills of the management team
and the team’s aspiration and ability to grow. The amount of
support provided will depend on the client’s needs and the growth
potential of the business.
1-2-1 mentoring support will also be available
for up to 12 months after the business has started trading to
support the ambitions of the business and to achieve real
growth.
